Shipping Times
Please allow 3–4 business days for us to process and ship your order. Processing times may vary depending on factors such as order volume, packaging, and carrier pickup schedules. We always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.
During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed. If this happens, we will notify you via email with any updates regarding your shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery time is typically 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be applied during or after shipping. Moissanice is not responsible for these charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment and estimated delivery date.
Address Accuracy & Changes
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We process orders quickly, so there is only a short window (approximately 12 hours) to request changes.
If you believe you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at moissanice1@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Moissanice is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, we recommend:

Asking neighbors, family members, or anyone who may have accepted the delivery

Damaged Items
All packaging materials and damaged goods must be kept in order to file a claim. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Incomplete Orders

Late or Delayed Orders
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume).
We are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date and cannot offer refunds for delays related to shipping, holidays, or special occasions.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
