At Moissanice, we take pride in delivering high-quality iced-out watches and jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets our standards. We want every customer to feel confident in their purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return option under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that it was received.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes, protective materials, and accessories.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, resizing, or modification.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Request Process

To begin a return, customers must first submit a return request.

  • Full name used on the order
  • Order number
  • Email used at checkout
  • Reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved returns must be shipped to the return address provided in the return instructions. For security and processing purposes, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Moissanice is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection & Refunds

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been inspected. 

If the item shows signs of use, damage, or does not meet the return conditions outlined above, the return may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the return window has expired

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. 

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
